LYSTER, Olive May (nee Little) Peacefully on Wednesday, December 19, 2007. Beloved wife of Clarence. Predeceased by her parents William Little and Gertrude Breadner and her sister Irene Upton. Survived by her sisters Roberta Martin of Vancouver, Doris Bonn of Kanata, Frances Little (Ruddy) of Perth and Wilma Daw (Donald) of Calgary. She was the Vice Principal of Grosvenor Public School in Edmonton, Alberta when she married on August 17, 1954. She obtained her B.Ed. from the University of Alberta, C.R.T.C. (Toronto Conservatory of Music); she was a member of the U.C.W. Southminster United Church and the Gloucester South Seniors' since 1983 and was also active in shuffleboard, carpet bowling and bridge. She loved scrabble. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Southminster United Church Memorial Fund, 15 Aylmer Ave., Ottawa, ON, K1S 3X1, would be appreciated.
