SMITH, Charles Arnott "Charlie" Peacefully after a lengthy illness, at the Carleton Place Hospital, on Friday January 11, 2008 at the age of 74. Loving husband of Mary. Dear father of Deirdre Churchill, Stuart Smith, Maureen Metcalfe and Rhona Gilpin. Predeceased by his son Bruce. Proud grandfather of Devin, Jason, Sean, Lee, Kyle, Lindsay and Emma. BARKER FUNERAL HOME, 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place, Ontario on Monday January 14, 2008 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service Tuesday at Carleton Place Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Brian Affleck officiating.
