THOMSON, Mary Helen. Born in Montreal, on November 28, 1914 passed away quietly at North York General Hospital on January 7, 2008. Survived by her two children Leslie (Peter Blayney) and David (Carol and daughter Laura). Mary lived a full life of wonder, challenge, and accomplishment. She enjoyed the varied experience life offered and was always eager to share her views on what she had learned so far. All would agree that she made you think, question and participate in what life presented. She will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. A family memorial will be held in the spring at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Toronto. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or North York General Hospital (Toronto), where she was always well cared for, would be appreciated by the family.
