Salvatore B. PREIATO

OBITUARY SALVATORE B. PREIATO January 4, 1924 - January 12, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Maria Cavallaro. Brother of the late Stella and Giovalda. Loving and devoted father of Ferdinando C. Preiato and Mica DeSua Preiato. Grandfather of Laurie-Anne Preiato and Johnny Cocciardi, and Jennifer Preiato and Joe Valentino. Great-grandfather of Rebecca and Veronica Cocciardi and Domenico Ferdinando Valentino. Father of Emilia Preiato and Luigi Hanna. Grandfather of Luca and Adriana Hanna. We would like to express heartfelt thanks to his doctors Lorraine and Joe Maiolo. Their love, care and compassion will never be forgotten. We wish also to thank the nursing staff and all of the neurological team of the Montreal Neurological Institute, third floor, for their care and for giving my father the dignity and respect that he deserved. A funeral service will be held at the Salon Funeraire Loreto, 4975 Blvd des Grands Prairies, Tuesday, January 15, 2008 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. A church service will be held at Maria Ausiliatrice, 8555 Maurice Duplessis, by Father Joseph on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the A.L.S.
