JOHNSON, Claire Gertrude 2008-01-03 [nee Adams] Jan 16, 1934 – Dec 27, 2007 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our loving wife and mom. Claire passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Her strength and faith was amazing. Claire married Edward Johnson in 1951 in Port Arthur, Ontario. In 1955 they moved to BC, 2 years later permanently residing in Delta. Claire is lovingly remembered by her husband Edward, children Richard, Joanne, Debbie and Lauren, 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and her siblings Duncan Adams [Kay], Lorna Nyberg [Larry] and Ron Adams. She also leaves behind many friends and relatives. Claire was predeceased by her parents Lorne and Doris Adams. Claire‘s love will always be with us. She is watching over us and when we enter heaven Claire will be the first to hug and kiss each of us. Her beautiful smile, laugh, humour, love and unselfishness will always be remembered. In lieu of flowers donations to the cancer society are appreciated.
