Bodner/Bromley, Lois 2008-01-04 Lois Audrey Bodner/Bromley (nee Woodbeck) Lois‘s family announces her sudden passing at her home in Mesa, Arizona on Saturday, December 29th at the age of 81. Lois is survived by her son Ric, daughter-in-law Mary-Ellen (Wpg.) and her daughter Debra (New Guinea). Grandchildren: Theresa Boer-Lacelle, Derek Nistico (Mandy), Tracy Boudrias (Michel) (Kanata), Marnie Thomas (Brent) (Wpg.), Scott Bodner (Wpg.) Great-grandchildren Kyle Boer, Julia Lacelle, Evan Thomas and Charlie Boudrias. Her sister Norma Gurney (Jack), numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Her special friends and cousin Lenore Miller. Born in Fort William on May 29, 1926. She worked for Bryan Department Store and McCartney‘s Jewellers. She fulfilled a dream and moved to California in 1975 and has enjoyed the Mesa sun since 1987. Lois was predeceased by her daughter Shelley Hamilton and husbands Fred Bromley and Peter Bodner. Her parents Max and Ada Woodbeck. Brother Earl, sister-in-law Joyce and nephew Keith Woodbeck. A private family service will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
