CALDWELL, Carol Helen Marie (nee Viitanen) 2008-01-15 Dec. 3, 1940 - Jan. 13, 2008 Passed away peacefully at home after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Loving wife of Jim; loved mother of Curtis (Kelly) of Hamilton ON; and Cindy Burtnik (Tom) of St. Catharines, ON. Loving sister of Joanne Adam (Matthew) and Jack (Debbie); beloved friend of Gilbert and Liz Hansen. She will also be sadly missed by grandsons Devon, Derrick and many nephews, nieces and other relatives. Carol was born and raised in Thunder Bay. She moved to Vineland Station ON to raise her family, then later retired to Smooth Rock Falls and recently battled cancer in Hamilton ON. Donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
