Pastor DARWIN DEWAR On November 21, 2007, Pastor Darwin Dewar passed away peacefully at the age of 43 years. Lovingly remembered by his family: wife, Lisa, of 17 years; three children, M.G., Abigail and Jeremy; parents Darrell and Isabel; as well as many relatives, friends and extended church family. Darwin will be fondly remembered for his life of service in Christian Ministry in Vancouver, B.C. and most recently in Edmonton, AB, as a Pastor on staff at Church on 99. Darwin will be remembered in the legacy that he left: 11 Tim. 2:2 "You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others." Viewings were held on Tuesday, November 27 and Wednesday, November 28, 2007 between 5-9 pm at Church on 99, 9908-67 Avenue, Edmonton, where a Funeral Service was held on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 1 pm with viewing two hours prior. The family wishes to thank everyone that stood faithfully in prayer and support.
