CALNAN, Rita Jane - Peacefully at the HJ McFarland Memorial Home on Wednesday, January 9, 2008, Rita Jane (nee Burns), in her 99th year. Daughter of the late Percy and Sarah Burns and estranged wife of the late Clarence Calnan. Dear mother of Lois (late Colin Hagerman) of Picton and Glen (Margery) of Belleville and Florida. Loved by her grandchildren Stephen (Tracy), Susan Rohland, Linda Hagerman, Neil (Connie), Brian (Janet), Terry (Patricia), Lisa (Mark Elmy) and Glenda (Todd Tracey), great- grandchildren Christopher, Joshua, Matthew, Michael, Emma, Erin, Jennifer, Briana, Bradley, Barry, Trevor, Jimmy, Sarah, Mark and Jessica and her great- great grandchildren. Mrs. Calnan is resting at the HICKS FUNERAL HOME, 2 Centre Street, Picton. Memorial Service in the Chapel on Monday, January 14 at 2 pm. following Cremation. Interment Glenwood Cemetery. The Reverend Dr. Hal Wilson officiating. Memorial donations to GIFT would be appreciated. (Cheques only please).
