STEVER, Matthew John - Surrounded by his parents and loving partner, as the result of tragic accident in Chiayi, Taiwan, on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008, Matthew John Stever, formerly of Picton, at the age of 27. Cherished son of Roger and Mary of Picton. Adoring partner of Leah Ayeart. Loved grandson of Theresa (late Ernest) Stever of Edmonton, Shirley (late John) Fauskee of Minnesota. Much loved brother to Mike and his partner Erin of Belleville and Jenny and her friend Bryan of Picton. Dear uncle to Che, Zion and Quill. Matt will be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his Taiwanese family. Matt is resting at THE WHATTAM FUNERAL HOME, 33 Main Street West, Picton. Funeral Service will be held at Picton Untied Church on Tuesday, January 29th at 2 p.m. Pastors K. VanderVeen & D. Pringle Officiating. Interment to follow at Quaker Cemetery, Bloomfield. If desired, donations C.I.H.L. Hockey Assoc. (Taiwan), Prince Edward Minor Hockey Association or ROC (Recreation Outreach Centre) would be appreciated by the family.
