Joan Patricia Geswein , 1928 - May 04, 2004 On Tuesday, May 4, 2004 with family by her side, Joan passed away at Concordia Hospital. Joan was predeceased by her husband Leonard (1984); sons Brian (1992) and David (1997). She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her sister Pam Williams of Toronto; daughter-in-law Gail; grandsons Kevin (Robin) and Corey; great-grandchildren Jeremy and Jessica; as well as the Charbonneau and De-Vehr families. Joan was a long-time resident of the Elmwood Community. She will be remembered for her overwhelming generosity and love of all God’s creations. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan and David Geswein’s name to cancer research.
