Claude R. DEQUIER

DEQUIER - Claude R., late of Regina, beloved husband of Angela, passed away tragically on Saturday, September 8, 2007 as the result of a motorcycle accident near Kenora, Ontario. He was predeceased by his father Albert; grandparents Damase and Emma Dequier and Jos Robitaille; uncles Denis Robitaille and Gerry Cleutinx; cousin Gilles Dequier; father-in-law Albert Kayter; brother-in-law Barry McLennan and sister-in-law Diane Kayter. Born November 27, 1973 in Swan Lake Manitoba, Claude was fun loving and full of life. He loved the challenges of life and the people he encountered along the way. His warm and outgoing nature endeared him to all that knew him and he will be sadly missed. Claude is survived by his loving wife Angela; stepson Justin Kayter; mother Simone; brothers Rene (Nicole) Dequier, Maurice (Cindy) Dequier and Real (Berrina) Dequier; grandmother Elise Robitaille; mother-in-law Joan Kayter; brothers-in-law Darrell (Marlene) Kayter and Mark Kayter; sisters-in-law Brenda McLennan, Karen (Bob) Lamb, Joanne (Brian) Mass, Yvette Kayter (Todd) and Jennifer Kayter (Lorraine); as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Claude will also be greatly missed by numerous friends and colleagues. PRAYERS will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Thursday, September 13, 2007 starting at 7:00 p.m. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 315 Douglas Avenue East, Regina, SK on Friday, September 14, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. A Memorial Service will also be held St. Malo Catholic Church, St. Malo, Manitoba on Tuesday, September 18, 2007. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Albert Dequier. Family and friends are invited to sign a book of condolences online at www.regina-memorial.ca .
