KUREK, Stanley Joseph On Thursday, August 23, 2007, Stan passed away after a brief battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Pearl Kurek. Stan is survived by his four children: Doug (Elaine), Deb, Kevin (Arlene), and Donna; best friend Joyce Ashbee; four siblings; Fran (Bruce) Donnelly, John (Sylvia) Kurek, Jean Lowey and Lorraine (Joe) Kuntz; six grandchildren including Tessa; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends especially his many friends from Tim Hortons. The family wishes to thank Dr. Clein, nurses Trudy, Janet, Brenda, Linda, Woody and Carla of Palliative Care and nurse Jackie from Unit 4A. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Lee Funeral Home 3101 Dewdney Ave., Regina, SK. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park.
