LACASSE, Laurence (née Mathieu) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Sunday, February 3rd, 2008 at the age of 66 years. Daughter of the late Antoine and of the late Lucienne (née Giroux) Mathieu. Beloved wife of Yvon Lacasse of Hanmer. Loving mother of Manon Lacasse (Michel Poirier) and Carole Lacasse (Serge Forcier) both of Chelmsford and Steve Lacasse (Stella) of Val Caron. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Kyle Perrin, Chase Perrin, Chandra Poirier, Marshall Poirier, Shanelle Lacasse and Shyanne Forcier. Dear sister of Léa Mathieu, Anita Bélanger (Jean- Marie), Marie Morin (Alphonse), Annette Mathieu, Pierrette Mathieu (José Louis), Noël-Ange Mathieu, Nicole Mathieu, Ovide Mathieu (Diane), Marcel Mathieu (Chantal), Léo Mathieu, Charles Mathieu (Lily), Robert Mathieu, Gilles Mathieu (MaryLee), Nicole Mathieu and Alain Mathieu. Sister-in-law to Angeline and Yvon Boucher, Yolande and Laurier Boucher, Gyslaine and Jean-Marie Desrochers. Predeceased by her brother- in-law Laurier Lacasse. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph Street, Hanmer, Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, February 7th, 2008 at 11 a.m. in St-Jacques Church, Hanmer.
