FAUCHER, Victor Joseph - In loving memory of Victor Joseph Faucher, 62 years, who passed away Tuesday, February 5th, 2008 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site. Beloved husband of Sandra (Pare) Faucher of Copper Cliff. Loving father of Kim (husband Chris Harrott) of Sudbury. Dearest brother-in-law of Laura (husband Mark Reid) of Coniston, Jackie (husband Richard Kruse) of Thunder Bay and Carole Taillefer of Timmins. Sadly missed by his canine pals Lucy Lou and Buster Brown. Dear friend of Fred and Dana. Born in Oshawa, Victor worked as a miner at Falconbridge Nickel Mine for 30 years, retiring in 2000. He was active in Mine Mill Union, serving as a stewart and on the Health and Safety Committee. The family wish to extend their sincere thanks for the wonderful care and compassion shown in the oncology and Palliative Units by, Chad, Laurie, Lise, Melanie, Ranelle, Sylvie, Tracey, Danielle, Manuela, Suzanne, Alison and Doctors Merotto, Tenhunen, Golich, Roch, Vargesse, Mailloux, Zucconi and staff, as well as Pharmacist Herman. Memorial gathering at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Saturday, February 9th, 2008 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Cremation in the Park Lawn Crematorium.
