FORTIN, Mr. Raymond G. - age 55 years, resident of Thunder Bay, Ontario, passed away peacefully at his home on January 12th, 2008. Born on August 21st, 1952 in Chapleau, Ontario, he was raised and educated there. Raymond was employed as a miner at the mine in Timmins, Ontario until retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and going on vacations. He loved to spend lots of time with his family. Raymond is survived by his wife Suzanne, four children, Bobby-Joe (Mike), Nicole (Joel), Rene, Dorice (Ashley) and one grandchild, Chelsea who is eight years old. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Theodore (Noella), Pierutte, Carmen (Rolland), Gloria, Georgette (Fern) as well as numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his parents George Fortin on November 18th, 1996 and Merina Fortin on May 9, 2007, one brother Eric Fortin on January 19, 2004 and a niece Caroline Fortin on January 8, 2008.
