OGILVY, Robert “Bob“ Kenneth - In loving memory of Robert “Bob“ Kenneth Ogilvy, 72 years, who passed away Saturday January 19th, 2008 at his home. Beloved husband of Shirley (Roque) Ogilvy of Sudbury. Loving father of Ed of Sudbury, Ken (wife Lisa) of Toronto and Rachel (husband Don Hope) of England. Cherished grandfather of Emily, Eddie, Sain, Richard, Connor, Sawyer and Parker. Dear son of Stewart and Ida Ogilvy both predeceased. Dear brother of Glen (wife Gaynell) and Margaret (husband Aubrey Gaines) both of New Brunswick and Alex predeceased (wife Mary Ann of Hanmer). Dear nephew of Bernie Wilton of North Bay. Special friend of Shirley and Maitland Wilson, Alice and Al Chenier and Bob Wallace. Sadly missed by nieces, nephews and cousins. Born in Kirkland Lake, he married Shirley in Sudbury in 1966. Bob was a Corrections Officer and Head Cook at the Sudbury Jail for 28 years, retiring in 1993. He was a dedicated Lion, Past President and Bulletin Editor of the Minnow Lake Club, Past District Officer and winner of the Melvin Jones Award. Bob enjoyed golfing and woodworking, was a talented writer and always maintained a wonderful sense of humour. Funeral service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, JACKSON and BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Friday, January 25th, 2008 at 11:30 am. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Fund or charity of your choice. (Friends may call 2-5 & 7-9 pm. Thursday or after 10:30 am Friday).
