BERTRAND, Imelda (née Laframboise) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Sunday, January 20th, 2008. Daughter of the late Joseph and of the late Angeline (née Lefebvre) Laframboise. Wife of the late Telesphore Bertrand predeceased in 1964. Loving mother of Denise Pelletier (Ernie) of Ottawa, Normand Bertrand (Denise) and Ronald Bertrand (Hélène) both Hamilton, Eliane Laforge (Gaëtan), Gisèle Lapointe (Bruno) and Bob Bertrand (Lisette) all of Sudbury. Predeceased by her sons and daughters, Roland, Rhéal (Lucille of Sudbury), Laurette King (late Ronald) and Murielle Toporowski (John of Naughton). Predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Lucien, Leona, Nélida, Leonie, Florimond and Omer. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 26 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 2 grandchildren. Imelda's good character and the kindness of her heart won the affection of her loving family and friends who will miss her dearly. She was a former member of the “Club d'âge d'or“ of Sudbury. The family will receive friends at the CO- OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Thursday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, January 25th, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in St- Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury. 10968387
