RICHER, Jeannine Rita (nee Bouchard) - In loving memory of Jeannine Rita (nee Bouchard) Richer, 80 years of Coniston, passed away Monday, January 21st, 2008 at the St. Joseph's Villa, Sudbury. She was born in Sudbury and married Georges Richer in Sudbury in 1946. Beloved wife of Georges Richer predeceased 1985. Loving mother of Claire (husband Gilles Grandbois) both predeceased, Suzanne (husband John Dzimidowicz) of Coniston. Cherished Memere of Tanya (husband Eddy Marcotte) of Coniston and step-grandson Alain Grandbois. Dear daughter of Alexandre and Alma Bouchard predeceased. Dear sister of Marcy Morgan (husband Bob predeceased) of Kinmount, Hubert (wife Dorothy) both predeceased, Harvey predeceased (wife Ray of Sudbury), Norm predeceased (wife Chris of Garson), Raymond (wife Yvette) both predeceased, Irene Pick (husband Bill) both predeceased, Rolly Coyne predeceased, Gisele Leroux, predeceased and Leoma Gregiel predeceased (husband Al of Lively). Sadly missed by the Richer Family, many nieces and nephews and her good friends in Coniston. Jeannine was a wonderful person who inspired all who knew her. An avid and accomplished dart player she had a great affinity for animals and feeding birds. She was a devout Roman Catholic who belonged to St. Paul the Apostle and she was a member of the Coniston Sr. Golden Age Club. She will be remembered as a great story teller whose wit and good humour brought smiles and laughter to many. She enjoyed a good conversation with others. Always a helpful and generous woman she often assisted her husband with looking after the Coniston community hall. She was devoted to her loving family who in turn adored and loved her very much. They are comforted in the knowledge and faith that she has realized her own words “she joins her old man in heaven“. God bless you Mom! Funeral Mass in St. Paul the Apostle Church, Coniston, Friday, January 25th, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment in the St. John's Cemetery, Garson. Prayers 3 p.m. Thursday.
