PACYK, Stella - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Thursday, February 7, 2008, Stella; beloved wife to the late Joseph; loving and dedicated mother of Christine and her husband Charles Clarke, Irene and her husband James Cannon, and Ed Pacyk; cherished “Babcia“ of Cheryl, Kim and Michael; and will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. We remember her as a strong and loving person who gave freely of her time and energy to her family, friends and the Polish community. Stella was an active and long time member of St. Joseph's Parish, Polish Alliance Group # 10 and was a member and Past President of the Polish Combatants' Ladies Circle. Friends and family will be received at the “THORPE BROTHERS' FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL“, 96 West Street, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm with CWL Rosary at 3 pm. and Parish Prayers at 7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 235 Brant Avenue, on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 10 am followed by interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
