Beloved wife the late Peter Munro (2007). Born in London, Ontario, November 9th, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Gertrude Praill (nee Moor). Cherished sister of Nelson and Barb Praill of Chatham, Robert (Bob) of St. Thomas and special cousin (like a brother) Kenneth Moor and his wife Rita of Lucan. She was the Godmother & Aunt of Scott Praill and his wife Angie, their children Christopher, Anthony and Stephanie. Aunt of John Praill and his wife Michele and their son Zachary all of Chatham; Heather Finkbeiner and her husband Darren and their children MacKenzie and Griffin of Burlington; Pamela Bruggeman (Moor) and her husband Gary; and Godmother to their daughter Celine and aunt to Lynnai. Loved God-daughter of Merle Carrol. Treasured daughter-in-law to June and the late Jack Munro. Much loved sister-in-law to Michael Munro, his wife Carol, and their children Tim, Kelly; Paul and his partner Carolyn of Edmonton; Mark and his wife Terry and their children Michelle and her husband Chris Long, St. Thomas; Shannon Munro and Chris of Chatham. Linda will be dearly missed by many cousins. She also leaves behind a devoted family friend David Kitzul. Linda was a loyal employee for 30 years with International Harvester retiring in 1996. She will always be remembered for her sense of humour, beautiful smile, sweet disposition, and kind, loving, generous personality. She along with her late husband Peter provided a safe and loving sanctuary for any animal that found their log home nestled in the bush. She was an outstanding example of love, kindness and generosity to all whose lives she touched. At Linda's request there will be no visitation or funeral. To honour Linda's life, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Chatham- Kent OSPCA would be appreciated by the family.
