KING, Anne - At the Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday, January 6, 2008. Anne King (David) of 31 Johnson Road, St. Regis; age 74 years. Beloved wife of the late John King. Dear mother of Francis King (Maxine) of Cornwall, David King (Elizzabeth) of Phoenix, Arizona, Robert King (Emma) of Avonmore, Kevin King (Sheila) of Six Nations, Julia Mekeel (Donald) of Brasher Falls, NY, Charlotte King of Akwesasne, Margaret King of Thunderchild, Saskatchewan, Susan Rourke (David) of Hogansburg, NY, Cheryl Bruyere (Dan) of Cornwall, Ellison Snyder (Joseph) of Snye and Cecelia (Ceely) King (Randy) of Akwesasne. Predeceased by infant daughter, Pattsy King. Dear godmother of Ernest King, Darlene King, Missy Connors, Lorne McLean and Toni (Mattice) Oakes all of Akwesasne. Dear daughter of the late Peter David and the late Cecelia Terrance. Dear sister of Louise Brown and Ruth Hill both of Akwesasne, Helen Paro of Syracuse, NY, Sara Rockwell of Akwesasne and Winnie Cerra of Syracuse, NY. Predeceased by three brothers, Albert, Thomas and Walter David. Also survived by 29 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one granddaughter, Marie and one grandson, Rahianes. Will be sadly missed by sisters-in-law, Annie King and Mary Mattice, several nieces and nephews, her good friend, Esther David and all her good friends at the Elder’s Council and her faithfull companions, Twiggy, Hontsi and Bummer. Resting at her residence, 31 Johnson Road, St. Regis from 7 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Thursday, January 10, 2008 for Mass of Christian Burial in St. Regis Church, St. Regis at 2 p.m. Spring interment, Parish Cemetery.
