Mrs. Jeanne "Jan" Isabel Maude Allen (née Shuttleworth), RN September 18, 1912 - February 29, 2004 ALLEN, Jeanne I. M. Died February 29, 2004 at Duncan, BC. Born September 18, 1912 at Regina, Saskatchewan. Jeanne was a Registered Nurse in BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. The majority of her nursing career was at Deer Lodge Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Jeanne is survived by her brother-in-law George Allen and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Tom Allen in 1992. A Memorial Service will be held in Sands Funeral Chapel, 187 Trunk Road, Duncan, BC on Friday, March 5, 2004 at 1:00 pm.
