SLATER, Randy William Of Smiths Falls Ontario Owner of Carleton Place Home Hardware Suddenly on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the age of 49. Dearly loved husband of Lisa (nee Crooke). Adored father of Megan (Neal Peacock) and Lindsay (Joey Ovington). Loving son of Bill and Merle Slater of Pembroke. Son-in-law of Donald and Dorothy Crooke of Maitland. Cherished brother of Neil (Trish) of Arnprior and Janice (Jim Clouthier) of Pembroke. Brother-in-law of Donna (Brent) Kerr of Athens. Uncle of Dustin (Ashley) Kerr, Derek Kerr and Tyler Kerr. Randy will be sadly missed by his many relatives and friends. Friends may call at the 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place, Ontario on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 from 7 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday at Trinity United Church, (Market at Russell St.) Smiths Falls at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
