Ersilia Bonaventura (née Bozzari) - April 24, 1912 - June 14, 2004 - Passed away peacefully at home with her daughter and son-in-law at her side in Hamilton, on Monday, June 14, 2004, in her 93rd year. She will be joining her angels in heaven, beloved husband the late Rocco Bonaventura, and her late sons Michele and Fernando. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Carmela and Rosario Tristani. Mother-in-law of Rita and Filiberto Cassiani. “Nonna” of Nick, Tony and Susanne, Fernando and Natalie Tristani, Rocco and Rosanna Bonaventura, and Loretta Cassiani. Much loved “Nina” of Stephanie, Ross, Alexandra, Yvonne, Gregory, and Angelica Tristani. Michael and David Bonaventura. Sister and sister-in-law of Fernando and the late Silvia Bozzari, sister and sister-In-law of the late Filomena and Giuseppe Cipolla, sister of the late Francesco Bozzari of Italy. Sister-in-law of Iolanda and the late Antonio Bonaventura of Hamilton, Domenica and the late Giuseppe, Filomena and the late Sebastiano Bonaventura, Maria and Giacomo Bonitatibus of Italy. “Zia” of many nieces and nephews in Canada, Australia and Italy. Visiting at the FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL & CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James), on Wednesday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, June 18, 2004 at St. Margaret Mary Church (20 Idlewood Street) at 10:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
