Born in Fredericton, N.B., he was a son of Gary (stepmother, Linda) Shaw and Peggy (stepfather, Gerry) Soloman. Surviving are brother, David Shaw; stepsisters, Nicole and Lisa Tudball; stepbrothers, Joshua and Jeffery Soloman; many aunts, uncles, cousins. He was predeceased by grandparents, John and Jessie Trott; Harry and Myrtle Shaw, all formerly of Saint John, N.B.
