Lina Bourgeois l'Acadie Nouvelle - 2 octobre 2004 COCAGNE - À l’Hôpital régional Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont de Moncton, le vendredi 1er octobre 2004, à l’âge de 88 ans, est décédée Lina Bourgeois, épouse de feu André Bourgeois, domiciliée à Cocagne.Lina Bourgeois 1916-2004 COCAGNE, NB - Lina Bourgeois, 88, wife of the late André Bourgeois of Cocagne passed away after a brief illness on Friday, October 1, 2004 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Regional Hospital, Moncton. Born in Grande-Digue, February 24, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Apolinaire "Paul" Bourgeois and the late Julie LeBlanc. She was a housewife and a member of the Golden Age Club in Cocagne. Lina will be sadly missed by her loving family, two daughters, Andréa Bourgeois with whom she resided with in Cocagne and Stella Pellerin of Medecine Hat, AB; five sons, Yvon (Paula) of Newton, Mass., Tilmon (Louina) of Waltham, Mass., Odule (Mildred) and Valmond all of Cocagne, Bertrand (Dorine) of Moncton; seven grandchildren, Michelle, Renée, Linda, Tina, Monette, Luc, Danny; and by three great grandchildren, Madison, Maggie, Jonathan. She was the last member of her immediate family. Besides her husband André (1990), she was also predeceased by three brothers, Alphonse, Éric, Émerie; and by three sisters, Flora, Exelda and Pascaline. Resting at the St. Pierre Church Slumber Room, Cocagne on Monday from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. There will be no visitating hours prior to the funeral mass. The funeral mass will be held at 11a.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at the St. Pierre Roman Catholic Church in Cocagne. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
