Emma A. O'Brien Emma A. O'Brien, 88, of Taylor's Nursing Home, Second North River and formally of Riverview, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Friday October 1, 2004. Born in Turtle Creek, daughter of the late George and Rosillah (Rogers) Cole. Emma was a former sales clerk/cashier at The Sumner Co. Ltd. and Moncton Hardware. She attended the Moncton Wesleyan Church, member of the Wesleyan Golden Years Group and the Fellowship Group. Member of the Salvation Army Home League, The Riverview Senior's Club and the River Glade Women's Institute. Emma will be sadly missed by her son Leo Milton (Charlotte), Lower Coverdale: daughter, June Stannard (Jack), Nevada, US; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sister, Lillian Milton, Berry Mills; brother, Acil Cole (Helen), Turtle Creek; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Joel Milton, daughters, Pauline MacPhee and Faye Tennant; two infant grandchildren; sisters, Hazel, Gladys, Evelyn, Beatrice and Irene; brothers, Elmer, George, Arthur, Bliss, Lester and Percy. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home 1657 Mountain Rd. Moncton, (858-1995) Sunday 2 to 4, 7 to 9. Funeral service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Monday October 4, 2004, 1:30pm, Grant O'Connor officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, Fair Haven Cemetery.
