WOITOWICZ, Zigmund 1946-2008 The family announces with sorrow his death on Wednesday March 12, 2008 at the Timmins and District Hospital, at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Debbie (nee Doiron). Loving father of Michael and Jeffrey. Dear son of Aniela and the late Josef Wojtowicz. He is survived by his brothers Richard Woitowicz, Andy Woitowicz, both of Timmins, by his sister Helen Gloster (Fred) of Sudbury, nieces and nephews Stacy Gloster of Halifax, Adam Gloster of Golden, BC, Eric Gloster and Emily Gloster, both of Sudbury, by his brother-in-law Michael Doiron (Beverli) of Orleans, sister-in-law Kathryn Bradly (Keith), Princeport, NS., nieces and nephews Elizabeth, Denise, Alex (Kim) and Shane and great nieces and nephews Jacob, Michelle, Jana-Lee, Brandon and Samantha. Predeceased by his brother Henry Woitowicz. Ziggy worked over 30 years in the local mining industry. He was a member of the United Steelworkers of America. He loved hunting and fly fishing. He was the fly tying master. He was passionate about the trees he watched while growing, which are now the tallest on the block. He was an avid gardener with much help from his mother's expertise. He was also a wonderful photographer. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 15, 2008 at 1 pm in the Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel.
