BRIAND, LUCILLE (nee Gagne) 1935-2008 The family announces with sorrow her death at the Timmins and District Hospital on Good Friday, March 21, 2008 at age 73 years. She is survived by her husband Marcel Briand, her son Jean-Marc Briand (Shelly) and daughters Lena Briand Gagne (John Romain), Nicole Briand (Denis), Carole Briand and daughter and best friend Diane Briand all of Timmins. Loving sister and best friend of Claudette Gagne of St. Thomas. Dear grandmother of Laura Romain, Matthew Romain (Shauna), Natalie Briand (Rene), Paul-Emile Claveau, Natasha Briand (Darren) and Jessica Briand (Jesse) all of Timmins and great-grandmother of Dakota Briand and Tamira Rumleski. Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents Alphonse Gagne (1968) and Marguerite Gagne (1976) and her brothers Maurice Gagne (2001), Ronald Gagne (2007) and Rheal Gagne (1989). Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held later. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Humane Society or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
