Sandra Diane Cummings (née Morris) July 23, 1942 - September 28, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Sands Funeral Chapel (Duncan) Beloved wife of Winston, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2004 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband, Winston, son, Layne, sister, Geri McDonald of Surrey, grandchildren Daniel and little Tianna. Predeceased by her parents. Sandi lived her life with honesty, integrity and kindness and faced her illness with courage, peace and serenity. She was a warm and loving person who will be missed by all who knew her. The family wishes to thank Dr. Robinson and the nurses of the Palliative care ward. A Celebration of Sandi’s life will be held at Sands Funeral Chapel, 187 Trunk Road, Duncan, BC on Saturday, October 2, 2004 at 3:00 pm. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations may be made to the Children’s Hospital, 4480 Oak Street, Vancouver, BC V6H 3V4 or to a charity of your choice. Roses are a symbol Of love that’s pure and true.
