Peggy Jane O'Brian The friends and family of Peggy Jane O'Brian will gather at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton for a visitation on Saturday, October 2, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM to remember her as a devoted wife and mother, a daughter, a sister, a niece, an aunt, and a friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving her. The service will be held on Sunday, October 3, 2004 at 3 PM at the Gibson Memorial United Church, Gibson Street, Fredericton, with Rev. Jerry Horsman officiating. Her passing occurred on Wednesday, September 29 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton. Born in Moncton, January 10, 1964, Peggy was the only daughter of Dora (Wry) O'Brian and the late Robert O'Brian. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Howard M. Peters, and her two sons, Scott H. Peters and Jonathon R. Peters; her mother, Dora; her two brothers, Danny O'Brian (Sheila) of Dundas, ON and Michael O'Brian (Christine) of Riverview, NB; her aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and dear friends, Hazel and Barry Moyer. A private family visitation will be held. Peggy's generous and fun loving spirit was evident in everything she did to everyone she knew. By profession, she was a Partner with the law firm MacPherson O'Brian. Peggy was the greatest fan of Scott and Jon and could regularly be seen cheering them on at the local hockey rinks and football fields. Adored by her nieces and nephews, Peggy always had a hug and welcomed everyone into her home. She worked hard, helped anyone who needed it and cherished her family. Following the Service, Internment will be held in the Sunny Bank Cemetery, Fredericton, NB. Honorary Pallbearers for the service will be; Robert MacPherson, Donald Stevenson, Rod Clark, Royce VanHorne, Mike Byrne, BarryMoyer, Glen Gouthro, Brian MacLean and John Grant.
