Judith Ann WATKIN

Christie: Judith Ann (nee Watkin) 1946 - 2004 Judith Ann (nee Watkin) Christie passed away suddenly at her home in Napanee, Ontario on Wednesday, April 14, 2004. Beloved wife and best friend of Max. Loving mother of: R. Bruce and Sarah, Toronto; Dave and Laura Waterdown; and Beth and Craig, Nackawic, N.B. New and excitied grandmother of Morley Jane. Survived by her brother David Watkin (Maxine), Drumheller, AB; cousin and 'Big Sister' of Frances Leggett, Lethbridge and Mary Leggett Saskatoon; niece of Vi Grisdale, Edmonton and Hi and Mary Lu Grisdale, Cobble Hill, B.C. Fondly remembered by her good friends Clemm and Jane Christie, Napanee, ON. Judy was born in Drumheller on April 9, 1946, the second child of Fred and Elizabeth Watkin and was predeceased by her father in 1952 and her mother, April 14, 1997. She attended school in Drumheller, and following this went on and graduated from the University of Alberta. While attending university, she met her husband Maxwell. A memorial service was held at Trinity United Church, Napanee Ontario on Monday, April 19, 2004 at 2 p.m. and the interment of ashes at the Opincon Cemetary.
