Derhousoff: Ingeborg Marie Conrad (Skytt) 1925 - 2004 Ingeborg Derhousoff, wife, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away quickly and peacefully Tuesday, June 8, 2004 in Drumheller. She was surrounded by her loving family who remained at her side throughout her brief stay at the hospital. Against all odds, Mother incredibly survived for eight years following her diagnosis with terminal cancer. Mother s remarkable strength and determination allowed her to live her life on her own terms and to it's fullest. Born in Wayne, Alberta August 14, 1925, Ingeborg lived a long and fulfilling life. She faced the challenge of raising a large family who were a source of both pride and support. Mom enjoyed the company of friends and family and will always be known for her good nature, warmth and hospitality. Mother s memory will live on in the hearts and minds of her children Maureen (George) Kashuba, Judy (Brian) Sherman, Beverly (Ken) Hubert, David Derhousoff, Kathy (Jeff) DeMott, Terri (Andrew) Beattie; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2004 at the Drumheller Inn, in Drumheller at 2 p.m. "Mom, if love could have saved you, You would live forever."
