MAZUREK, Helen Isobel (nee Balog) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother and Grandmother on July 19, 2004, at the age of 77 years. Predeceased by her husband Richard (2002). Loving mother to Ted and wife Rita Penny of Brantford, ON, John and fiancee Melanie Tracey, Patti Tremblay and husband Dan and Kathy Dominato and husband Mike; all of Windsor. Cherished and adored Gramma to Eddie, Mike and David Mazurek of Brantford ON., Leigha and Cale Mazurek; Dakota and Jacob Tremblay and Karly Dominato, all of Windsor. Dear sister to Margaret Karai of Kitchener, ON. and predeceased by 5 siblings. Helen was a former employee of Sunoco (Tecumseh and Rivard) for over 15 years. Helen's warm personality will be sadly missed by her many relatives and friends. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Thursday, July 22, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services Friday July 23, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Brantford, ON. on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated by the family.
