MONTELLO, Anna (nee Frank) 90 years on August 5, 2004 at Windsor Regional Hospital, Western Campus. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Montello (1985). Dear mother of Frank and his late wife Norma Montello; Carmella "Ella" and her husband Louis Brieda; Marguerite and her husband Koene "Glenn Smit" and Marilyn and her husband Don Kavanaugh. Mother-in-law of Anne Montello. Loving grandmother of Carol-Anne Montello, Mary and her husband Ray Lefaive, Cathleen Montello, Rob Montello, John and his wife Colleen Montello, Jennifer and her husband Chris Pierce; Robert and his wife Stacey Brieda, Sherylynn and her husband Paul Boots; Norman and his wife Lori Smit, Robert and his wife Donna Smit and Anne Marie Smit and Ron Beaune, Marilyn Smit; Jeff Kavanaugh, Chris Kavanaugh and Kerri-Lynn and her husband Michael Kelly. Great grandmother of Andrea and Matthew Montello, Chris and Jeff Lefaive; Johnathon and Justin Binder; Shane, Hanna and Emily Montello; Kaylee and Nicole Pierce; Melissa and Denis Purdie and Ryan Brieda; Paul and Jackie Boots; Emily and Noah Smit and Travis Morency; Megan Smit, Caitlyn Smit and Gavin Kavanaugh. Sister of Dorothy Allen and the late Laura Scafone and Ruthie Kozak. Mrs. Montello was a member of the C.W.L. of St. Alphonsus Church and was the proprietress of the Paradiso Restaurant. Visiting at Janisse Brothers Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Ave on Sunday and Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday from the funeral home to St. Alphonsus Church at 9:30 a.m. Parish prayers Monday at 8 p.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery. Donations to the Alheimer's Society, the Downtown Mission or the Children's Wish Foundation would be appareciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Anna Montello in the Janisse Heritage Forest.
