BOJANIWSKI, Winnrich "Henry" Passed away peacefully with family by his side, August 7, 2004, at W.R. Hospital - Met Campus, following a brief illness, at the age of 57 years. Beloved husband of Wanda for 34 years. Loving father of Karen and Kevin. Proud grandpa of Shayna. Dear son of Waltraut Bojaniwski and husband, the late Iwan (1998). Loving nephew of Rudolf Johl of Germany. Will be sadly missed by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins in Canada, the U.S., and Europe. He will also be missed by his faithful pal Stanley. Henry retired from G.M. Transmission after 32 years of service. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the nurses of Oncology Doctors in the Cancer Centre, and the Pain Clinic, for the outstanding care Henry received while in their care. Family will receive friends at the Morris Sutton Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 68 Giles Blvd. E., on Tuesday, August 10, 2004, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service from the Chapel Wednesday at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. In kindness, donations may be made to Hospice and Windsor Regional Cancer Centre. A tree will be planted in memory of Winnrich Bojaniwski in the Morris Sutton Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held on September 26, 2004. All are welcome. Published in the Windsor Star on 8/9/2004.
