BRUNELLE, George A. Passed away after a lengthy illness on August 29, 2004 at 76 years of age. Adored husband of Pat with whom he celebrated 36 wonderful years of marriage. Loved father of Colette Cochrane and grandfather of Roy Cochrane both of Florida. Cherished son of the late George and Rebecca Brunelle. Dear brother of Olga and husband Ernie Smith and uncle of Brent Smith of California, Cathy Preston and Ed Cave. Also survived by several great nieces and nephews. George was an avid adventurer in all aspects of life including his plane and his Harley Davidson. He enjoyed a successful career in the automotive industry. During his life he had a positive impact on the lives of many people. In lieu of flowers and other kindnesses, the family requests donations to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre Chemotherapy Department, St. Andrew's (LaSalle) Memorial Fund or the Victorian Order of Nurses Windsor Branch. The family would like to thank those who shared their caring, compassion and concern in the final chapter of George's earthly life. A family service was held at Families First Funeral Home & Chapel, (969-5841) 2670 Dougall Ave. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
