WESTLAKE, Carolyn Patricia (Pat) 63 years, after a valiant fight against cancer on September 1, 2004. Dearest and loving mother of Dale Westlake and wife Brenda, Cheryl Jacob and special friend Chris and mother-in-law forever to Marianne Westlake. Most special Gram to Jen and Scott Westlake, Aaron and Jocelyn Jacob and Samantha Westlake. Life-long best friend to Gerry and Kathleen Westlake. Dear daughter of Kay and the late Peter Belensky (1987) and predeceased by her sister Louise. Pat was an avid NASCAR fan and an accomplished quilter and seamstress. She will be sadly missed by all those whose lives she touched. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. On Friday, friends are invited to meet the family after 9:00 a.m. at Families First Funeral Home & Chapel (969-5841) 2670 Dougall Ave., followed by the Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
