BAKELAAR, Mary Catherine "Cathy" Anne (nee Gash) - Suddenly on Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Hospital Drive Site in her 46th year. Cathy, devoted mother of Michael Garrett, Catherine Garrett (Ken McNulty), Kevin Garrett, Nicole Garrett (Marty Ritchie), Amy Garrett (Derek Monahan), Franny Garrett and Jeffery Bakelaar. Dear sister of Dennis Gash (Pat), Frank Gash (Pam), Patricia Gash and Mary Anne Gash (Pete). Predeceased by her parents Ken "Papa" and Mary "Nana" Gash. She will also be missed by many other relatives and friends in Peterborough and Barrie. Family and friends will be received at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street from 7-9pm Thursday. Service will be held in the chapel on Friday, January 30, 2004 at 10:30 am. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.
