CHANDLER, Gwendolyn - Gwendolyn Irene Lily Chandler passed away peacefully, with Terry at her side, at Regency Manor Nursing Home, in Port Hope, on Sunday, February 1, 2004. Gwendolyn Lucas was born in Peterborough, Ontario, on June 26, 1912, the daughter of Henry Lucas and Mabel (Boddison). Gwen was predeceased by her husband Victor and her son Reginald. Gwen is survived by her brother-in-law, Reginald Chandler and his wife Margaret of Peterborough, her cousins Terry and Barbara Boddison of Port Hope, cousins and friends locally and abroad. Gwen was a current member of the Art Gallery of Peterborough, where she volunteered for many years, a member of All Saints' Anglican Church and a longtime member of the Peterborough Public Library. She was an artist, bird lover, enjoyed classical music, bridge, gardening and world travels. Cremation, private service.
