ELMAN, William Bill (Willie). Formerly of Montreal, in Ocean City, Maryland, on April 26, 2008. Beloved husband of Rochelle. Devoted father of Mark and Christy and devoted Zaidie-man of Dustin, Madison and Samuel. Cherished brother and brother in-law of Sarah and the late Paul Wetzler. He was a devoted Uncle to Elaine and Ricky Pouchet, Steven and Debbie Wetzler, Penny and Steve Burgida. Great Uncle of Carly, Pamela, Amy, and Jason. Services will take place in Baltimore, Maryland on April 29. Friends and family will be welcome at Sarah's home from 1 to 9 p.m. on May 1. Donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
