Walter Leon PHILLIPS

PHILLIPS, Thomas 72 years, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Thursday September 23, 2004 at Windsor Regional Hospital Western Campus. Late of Maidstone. Dearest husband of Barbara (Lawhead) for 53 years. Proud father of Dale Phillips and wife Dawn, and David Phillips and wife Tina, all of Maidstone. Cherished grandfather of Thomas, Sara, Jason, Katie, Spencer, Candis and great grandson Myles. Dear brother of Jack Phillips and wife Doris, Joe Phillips and wife Charlotte, Robert Phillips and late wife Gloria. Brother-in-law of Doreen Phillips, Martha Nurse and late husband Roy, Carol Gilham and late husband Gordon. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother and father Vera and Percy Phillips and brother Len Phillips. Thomas was a proud lifetime farmer in the Maidstone area. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home 87 Maidstone Avenue East, Essex (776-4233) on Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Thomas will be held from the Funeral Home on Monday September 27, 2004 at 11 a.m. Rev. Chuck Congram officiating. Interment Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Oldcastle.
