COUSINEAU, Kent Michael - In loving memory of Kent Michael Cousineau, 33 years, of Whitefish, who passed away Wednesday, May 14th, 2008 at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto was born in Sudbury. Kent had worked at the OMNR as a fire technician crew leader also working at the City of Greater Sudbury Arena Maintenance and Moxy's Live Bait. Kent had a passion about his work and often referred to it as his calling. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved cooking and music. Even in the darkness of this tragedy the light and love of Kent's life will continue to guide and inspire his loving family and many friends. Beloved life partner of Jessie Hopper. Loving son of Richard and Betty (Ojanpera) Cousineau. Dear brother of Keith (life partner Lise Goudreau). Cherished grandson of Frances Cousineau and the late Lucien Peter Cousineau and the late Lila and William Ojanpera. Cherished nephew of Peter Cousineau (fiancée Cathy Serafini), Louise (late Howard) Scott, Debbie and Tim Desjardins, Joanne and Brian Hankonen, Don and Liisa Cousineau, Rob and Brenda Ojanpera and cousin to Jason and Tim Desjardins, Amanda and Ashley Hankonen, Bev (Jay) Goudreau and Ron Scott. Loving son-in-law of Inga Umscheid (husband Tom Mitchell) and James Hopper. Dear brother- in-law of Benjamin and Jody Hopper. Sadly missed by Jessie's grandparents, Rosalie Hopper, late Cyril Hopper and John Umscheid. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Service in the Glad Tidings Tabernacle, 1101 Regent St. Sudbury, Monday, May 19th, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment in the Whitefish Cemetery.
