HEMSLEY, H. James - RCAF Wing Commander (retired) - 1917-2008 - Jim passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Almonte General Hospital on June 06, 2008. He was a 30 year veteran of the RCAF and subsequently became registrar of Loyalist College. Jim was predeceased by his wife Marge of 60 years, and his son Garth. He was a loving and supportive father to Heather of Carleton Place, and Scott (Linda) of Seneca Falls, New York. He was much loved “Poppy“ to his 4 grandchildren Bryce, Rod, Brenda and Julie. Friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the BURKE FUNERAL HOME (613-968-6968), 150 Church St., Belleville on Tuesday June 10, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. to give thanks for the wonderful memories Jim has gifted to each of us.
