Joseph LeRoy Fulsher November 02, 1918 - October 14, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Glen Eden Funeral Home (Winnipeg) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph LeRoy (Roy) Fulsher. Roy will be lovingly missed and forever cherished by his beloved wife of 64 years, Isabelle, his three sons and their families, Brian (Candy) children, Lee & Ross; Alan (Sandy) daughter Julie (Dan); Chris (Brenda) children, Danielle (Dan), Natalie, Amy, & Brooke. Roy was predeceased by his son Kenneth, granddaughter Melissa, brother Fred and sister Evelyn. After 30 years with the R.M. of West St. Paul he moved on to a position with the Department of Municipal Affairs for the Province of Manitoba and eventually retiring as Director of Municipal Services. His pleasures in life, other than his family, included hunting, fishing, traveling, curling, golfing, and in particular, the family gatherings around the pool. His family was the central focus of his boundless energy and he welcomed every opportunity to participate in their activities and enjoy their interests. a special; thank you to Dr. Finlayson and the nursing staff on 5 unit 4 at Seven Oaks Hospital for their excellent care. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 17, at 2:00 p.m., at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Private family interment at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined.
