Daniel Glen Matthes August 11, 1961 - October 17, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Home MATTHES, Daniel (Dan) Glen On Sunday, October 17, 2004 Dan Matthes of Edmonton passed away at the age of 43 years. He is survived by and lovingly remembered by his children, Adam, Tara, Chris and their mother Sandra; mother Connie; sister Kathy (Gary) Bruynson; niece Krysta; nephews, Jeff and Kevin; his girlfriend Claudette Walker, her children, Kathryn and Kyle and numerous relatives and friends. Dan was loved and will be missed by everyone who knew him. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 22, 2004 at 2:00 pm at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton.
