Wade H. Boutilier April 25, 1950 - October 22, 2004 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Lower Sackville) BOUTILIER, Wade H. - 54, Lower Sackville, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 22, 2004. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Maxwell and Florence (Publicover) Boutilier. Wade was a marine engineer with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans for over 34 years, serving as senior engineer on the Canadian Coast Guard Vessel "The Hudson" for the last five years. Wade was happiest when he was on "the farm" in Lower Maccan. He is survived by his wife, Sharon (Tidgwell) Boutilier; daughters, Laura (Brad) Coish, Halifax; Gail (Christian) Kitchen, Halifax; Tracy Tidgwell, Toronto, Ont.; Rhonda Tidgwell, Toronto, Ont.; grandchildren, Chelsea, Savannah, Logan; brothers, Bob (Evelyene Robar), New Germany; Alan (Marlene Collicutt), Marriott's Cove; sister, Lynn Hall, Bayswater. He will also be missed by special family pet dog and Wade's constant companion, Tia. Visitation will take place in Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Dr., Lower Sackville, on Sunday, October 24, from 2-4, 7-9 p.m., with funeral service on Monday, October 25, at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Burial in Oakridge Memorial Gardens, Lower Sackville. Reception to follow in the funeral home family reception centre.
