Mrs. Doreen "Doreen" Mary Garner (née Courts) September 22, 1924 - May 30, 2004 - Peacefully at her residence on Sunday May 30, 2004. Doreen (Courts) of Peterborough in her 80th year. Beloved wife of Hugh Garner. Dear mother of Paul (Bonnie) of Nobleton and Jane Ritchie of Port Perry. Loving grandmother of Michele, Colin and Megan. Sister of Clifford (Margarite), Frida (Lou Shenton), Margaret (William Parrot) and Eileen Waters all of England. A funeral service will be held at the NISBETT FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 600 Monaghan Rd. S. on Wednesday June 2, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation one hour prior. Canon Ron Davidson officiating. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
