Djoka "George" Janic ---- December 15, 1930 - July 02, 2004 ---- Peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital with his family by his side, on Friday, July 2, 2004 in his 74th year. Loving Tata of Steven (Sheila) and Diana (Gord Rattray), husband of Helen and proud Papa of Aidan. George was a retiree of Dominion Glass. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (905-544-1147) on Saturday, July 10, 2004 from 1-2 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the caring staff of Palliative Unit 3 East at St. Peter's Hospital.
